Structural Engineer - 2 engineers

Main task:
- Take responsibility for making and preparing work packages for production from design drawings given by client.
- Prepare drawings for fabrication in MicroStation.
- Identify discrepancies or opportunities in design drawings that needs clarification with client.

Senior Outfitting Engineer - 1 engineer

Main task:
- Execute engineering activities within the 2D and 3D environments, such as Cadmatic or 3DX.
- Ensure full compliance to all applicable requirements and specifications imposed by Regulatory Bodies and the customer.
- Contribute to the engineering process by developing the required information, such as arrangements, lists and fabrication/mounting drawings.

Qualifications:
- Secondary vocational education (MBO-4+) related to the outfitting discipline.

- Vast experience and broad knowledge of Class- and Statutory regulations and outfitting systems, preferably gained with ships or offshore installations.
- Good command of the English language (written & verbal).

Senior Engineer Plans & Arrangement / Outfitting - 1 engineer

Main task:
- Be responsible for the approval process of your scope until satisfactory implementing of all applicable requirements and specifications imposed by Class, Statutory & Flag Regulations, and the customer.
- Contribute to the engineering process by developing the required deliverables, such as (statutory) plans according to applicable rules and regulations, complicated arrangements, technical specifications, system descriptions and verification and validation documents.
- Execute engineering activities within the 2D and 3D environments, such as Cadmatic or 3DX.
- Participate in the Product & Proposal phase and verify technical data of vendors and subcontractors.
- Perform technical analysis on received offers under supervision of the Team Lead.
- Offer technical support on commissioning activities and develop and describe yard standards.
Qualifications:
- Technical Bachelor degree related to the Plans & Arrangements / Outfitting discipline.
- Minimum of five-year experience in engineering as well as broad knowledge of Plans & Arrangements / Outfitting systems, preferably in ships or offshore installations.
- Extensive knowledge of Class and Statutory regulations and experience with their practical interpretation and implementation.
- Experience with Class, Flag and Client approval processes, including discussions with Plan Approval and Local surveyors and/or Client (representatives).
- Experience with good engineering practices, including quality and budget awareness and to cooperate with vendors and subcontractors.

Outfitting Designer - 1 engineer

Main task:
- Engineer and design of machinery, cranes, equipment, handling tools, system components, assemblies, storage racks, etc;
- Map out the functional and technical requirements for all different equipment;
- Start up the concept designs of these components in Inventor;
- Draw up Mechanical (interface) Drawings in Inventor for production.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in a technical field;
- Around five years experience in mechanical engineering. More specifically in the design of mechanical components & systems;
- Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written). Knowledge of Dutch is a plus;

Project Manager - Production Coordinator - 1 engineer

Main task:
- Arrange project inspections, estimation, and budgeting/pricing according to requirement
- Lead project preparation, planning of activities (implementation, personnel, logistics, finance, safety, etc)
- Involve and manage resources
- Launch the project and carry on coordination with involved teams
- Communicate with the Client and project stakeholders, manage the project team
- Maintain the reputation of the company and develop customer relationships
- Ensure the existence of required project documents, approvals, regulations, etc. and reporting
- HSE management and reporting
- Comply with procedures approved by the company
- Arrange task and budget management and reporting
- Provide a project handover according to requirements
Qualifications:
- Technical or maritime education
- Previous work experience in a similar field, knowledge of the maritime sector
- Ability to work independently
- Drivers license
- Proficiency in MS Office products, Project management tools, knowledge in AutoCad
- English (oral and written), knowledge of Russian is an advantage
- Preferably 5 years managerial work experience
